Moody’s: Japan rating depends on fiscal reform

TOKYO (MarketWatch) — Japan’s bond rating, which was last week downgraded by one major ratings agency, is stable for now, Moody’s Investors Service said Monday, but it added that failure to rein in the fiscal deficit could prompt a review.
