Many Jobs On The Prairie, But No Place To Live

The unemployment rate in Aberdeen, S.D., is about half the national average, and more jobs are available than can be filled with local workers. The city has launched a PR campaign to lure out-of-state workers. Now it’s scrambling to make sure that when workers do come, they’ll have a place to stay.
